So, to share your rants on Twitter, you may use the new app called Rantable, which will let you to share your rants with your Twitter followers and this app also enables you to type about 6000 words per rant.
This app let others to rate your rant and users can even benchmark posts by searching for opinions on similar topics. At present (At the time of writing this post), this app is available for only iOS users and you can install it from iTunes.
